At All About Planties, we take great care in processing and shipping your order to ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy!

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if there are significant delays.

Weather Conditions & Shipping Holds
To ensure your plants arrive in the best condition, some orders may be placed on hold due to extreme weather conditions in the delivery area. If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly with further details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This option will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies. Please ensure your total meets the $50 minimum after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited options: Available at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages
All About Planties is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, certain plant varieties may not be shipped to some states. If your order includes such items, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
All About Planties ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please review our Refund Policy for more details on requesting a refund.
