However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are only offered under specific conditions as outlined below.
What We Cover and Don’t Cover
30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee:
We guarantee that your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. If your plants suffer damage beyond minor transit stress within 30 days of receipt, we will replace them for free. To qualify, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged plants.
Address Changes:
If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been processed, you must contact us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes after this period, and orders shipped to the incorrect address due to late notification will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Cold Months:
During colder months, we prioritize protecting your plants during transit to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged. We offer an optional Cold Weather Shipping Protection that includes a heat pack and additional protective measures. If you opt not to include this protection and your plants suffer cold damage during shipping, they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you choose the Cold Weather Shipping Protection and your plants still arrive with cold damage, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that orders may be held if temperatures in your area drop below 0°F to prevent plant damage.
Courier Issues:
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or other issues caused by the courier. These issues are not covered under our guarantee policy.
Damaged Plants:
If your plants arrive damaged due to reasons other than those mentioned above (e.g., cold damage due to the lack of a heat pack), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under our 30-Day Guarantee.
Refund or Replacement Process
While we do not accept returns, we offer refunds or replacements for damaged plants under specific conditions:
Contact Us:
Email us at support@allaboutplanties.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a picture of the damaged item(s) and your order information.
Replacement Policy:
If eligible, we will issue a one-time replacement for the damaged plants. The replacement covers the plants themselves, but not the cost of shipping.
Refund Processing:
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund the cost of the plants only, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after your claim is approved.
Exclusions
No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Heat Pack Requirement: Orders that suffer cold damage and did not include a heat pack are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
One-Time Replacement: Only one replacement order will be issued per original purchase. Subsequent claims on the same order will not be accepted.
