Upon arrival, carefully unpack your plant and remove all packaging materials. Check the soil moisture and water if needed. Place your plant in a suitable spot with the recommended light conditions. Allow it to acclimate to its new environment for a few days before considering repotting.

We offer a 30-Day Guarantee on all our plants. If your plant dies within 30 days of purchase, simply contact us with a photo, and we will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund.

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement plant or issue a refund.
