Yes! We ship live houseplants to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our plants are grown in our greenhouses in Southern California and Florida, then carefully packaged in custom-designed boxes to arrive healthy and thriving — no matter where you live.

Our team needs 1–2 business days to carefully pack and prepare your order. Once shipped, transit typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship on the next business day.

We use custom-designed boxes engineered specifically for live plant shipping. Each plant is secured to prevent movement, wrapped to protect foliage, and packed with care to arrive in great condition. During cold months, we also offer Cold Weather Shipping Protection with specialized packaging and heat packs.

Carrier delays are outside our control, but we do our best to minimize risk through smart packaging and strategic shipping windows. If your plant arrives in poor condition due to a transit delay, contact us with photos and your order number — we'll review the situation and work to make it right.

Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we strongly recommend adding Cold Weather Shipping Protection at checkout. We also monitor weather conditions and may hold shipments during extreme cold snaps to protect your order.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Every plant we ship is covered by our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. If your plant arrives with significant damage or declines within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it — free of charge. Read the full details on our Guarantee page.

If your plant declines significantly within the first 30 days of delivery, you're covered under our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Contact us at hello@allaboutplanties.com with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement. Note that damage caused by improper care after delivery is not covered.
