If your plant arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

My plant arrived healthy but is no longer doing well. What should I do?

If your plant arrived in good condition but is now struggling, please contact us with photos. We’re here to help diagnose the issue. Plants often need a few weeks to adjust to their new environment, such as your home or office. However, if your plant's health continues to decline within the first month, we will replace it for free under our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee.

What if the plant looks different from the picture on your website?

While we strive to provide accurate photos, plants are living things and can vary in appearance. Factors such as growth stage, lighting, and season can affect a plant's look. If you have any concerns about the appearance of your plant upon arrival, please contact us with photos. We are happy to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

What is the cold weather packing fee?

During the colder months, we take extra precautions to protect your plants from low temperatures during shipping. This includes specialized packaging and heat packs. The cold weather packing fee is a small additional charge that helps cover the cost of these protective measures, ensuring your plants arrive healthy and safe despite the cold.

Ordering

When will my order ship?

Our team needs 3-5 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
