Our 30-Day Guarantee ensures that you receive your plants in the best possible condition. We understand that sometimes transit can be tough on plants, and while minor signs of stress are normal, significant damage is not. If your plants arrive with damage beyond minor blemishes, we will replace them for free—no questions asked.

What’s Covered by the Guarantee?

  • Healthy Arrival: Your plants will arrive in a healthy and happy condition, ready to brighten your space.

  • Free Replacement: If your plant shows signs of significant damage within the first 30 days, such as broken stems, excessive leaf loss, or other serious issues, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Minor Transit Stress: Minor cosmetic damage, such as a few yellowing leaves or slight wilting, is normal due to the transit process and is not covered by the guarantee. Your plant will typically bounce back within a few days with proper care.

How to Make a Claim Under the 30-Day Guarantee

  1. Inspect Your Plants: As soon as your plants arrive, inspect them carefully. While some stress from shipping is normal, be on the lookout for significant damage.

  2. Contact Us Quickly: If your plant appears severely damaged, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply send an email to support@allaboutplanties.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged plant(s)
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. We’ll Handle the Rest: Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review your claim. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement plant to be shipped to you as soon as possible. In some cases, we may offer a refund instead, depending on your preference and availability.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

While we strive to keep our plants as happy as possible, some circumstances are beyond our control. The following are not covered under the 30-Day Guarantee:

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by incorrect watering, lighting, or general neglect after receipt.

  • Cold Damage: If you opted not to include a heat pack during colder months, any cold damage that occurs is not covered.

  • Courier Issues: Delays, lost shipments, or other issues caused by couriers are not covered under the guarantee.

  • Place in the Right Light: Make sure your plant is placed in an appropriate spot with the right amount of light for its type.
