We ship indoor houseplants nationwide within the U.S., and we promise your plants will arrive healthy, happy, and ready to thrive in their new home. If not, we’ll make it right.

What Is Our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee?

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee covers eligible live plant issues reported within 30 days of delivery. While minor transit stress can be normal, significant damage is not. If your plant arrives with significant damage beyond minor blemishes or declines within the first 30 days, we’ll review the issue and make it right according to our policy.

What’s Covered by the Guarantee?

  • Healthy Arrival: Your plants should arrive in healthy condition and ready to settle into their new home.

  • Eligible Claims: If your plant arrives with significant damage or declines within 30 days of delivery, you may qualify for support under our Guarantee.

  • Default Resolution: Eligible issues are typically resolved with a one-time replacement of the affected plant. Refunds are limited and reviewed case by case.

  • Minor Transit Stress: Minor cosmetic damage, such as a few yellowing leaves, slight drooping, or small blemishes, is normal during transit and is not covered.

How to Make a Claim Under the 30-Day Guarantee

  • Inspect your plant after delivery.

  • If there is significant damage or decline, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@allaboutplanties.com.

  • Include:

    • your order number

    • clear photos of the plant

    • a brief description of the issue

  • We’ll review your claim and, when eligible, provide a replacement as the standard resolution. Refunds are limited and reviewed case by case according to our policy.

Subscriptions & Prepaid Plans

Subscription orders are covered by our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. If a subscription plant arrives with significant damage, we will provide a replacement (shipped in the next safe weather window when needed). Refunds are not offered for prepaid subscription months already scheduled/fulfilled.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

While we strive to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition, some circumstances are beyond our control. The following are not covered under the 30-Day Guarantee:

  • Damage caused by improper care after delivery

  • Cold-related damage when Cold Weather Shipping Protection was not added to the order

  • Claims submitted without required photos or order details

  • Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control, although we may assist with carrier investigations when possible

Helpful Tips to Keep Your Plants Thriving

To ensure your plants continue to thrive after arrival, follow these simple care tips:

  • Unpack Promptly: Remove your plant from the packaging as soon as possible to allow it to acclimate to its new environment.
  • Let It Settle: We recommend keeping your plant in its original pot for a couple of weeks to help it adapt to its new surroundings before considering repotting.
  • Water as Needed: Check the soil moisture level and water your plant according to its specific needs. Be mindful of overwatering, which is a common cause of plant stress.
  • Place in the Right Light: Make sure your plant is placed in an appropriate spot with the right amount of light for its type.
