Worth It for a Special Plant

I was nervous ordering a Pink Princess online, but it arrived carefully packed with no damage to the variegated leaves. One leaf had slight transit stress, and the care guidance helped a lot during the adjustment period.

The plant came basically dead. My dad, who I got it for, said it looked mutilated from how it was packaged. We are still hopeful that it'll pop back up after a while, but I'm pretty upset with how it showed up. I can also understand that it was during the end of December and early January, but where I live, the weather wasn't bad at all when it was ordered/delivered. I had also requested a warmer pack to be put in with the plant to help keep it warmer, but it didn’t seem to help. Once again, we are hopeful it'll come back with some care and love.

Months laster, the plant did come back for... about a month. It has fully died now. My dad is pretty upset with this.
