We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping is $4.99 for purchases under $29.99 and $9.99 for purchases between $30 and $49.99.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Cold-Weather Shipping Protection

Cold exposure can happen in your area or during transit. If temperatures may drop below 50°F anywhere along the route, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection at checkout.
Cold damage is covered only when selected. Without it, weather-related damage isn’t covered.

Unboxing & Next Steps

Upon arrival, carefully unpack your plant and remove all packaging materials. Check the soil moisture and water if needed. Place your plant in a suitable spot with the recommended light conditions. Allow it to acclimate to its new environment for a few days before considering repotting.
