If your plant arrives damaged or declines within 30 days of delivery, please email us at hello@allaboutplanties.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when eligible, provide a replacement as the standard resolution. Refunds are limited and reviewed case by case according to our policy.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping is $4.99 for purchases under $29.99 and $9.99 for purchases between $30 and $49.99.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Cold exposure can happen in your area or during transit. If temperatures may drop below 50°F anywhere along the route, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection at checkout. It may include heat packs, thermal liners, or upgraded shipping based on conditions.

Cold damage is covered only when selected. Without it, weather-related damage isn’t covered.

Upon arrival, carefully unpack your plant and remove all packaging materials. Check the soil moisture and water if needed. Place your plant in a suitable spot with the recommended light conditions. Allow it to acclimate to its new environment for a few days before considering repotting.

Some leaf stress is normal after transit, your plant will perk up with a little love 💚
